Amazon EC2/S3/SQS/SimpleDB Console

Author: David Smith (All RIAForge projects by this author) Description:
A ColdFusion front end for accessing all of Amazon Web Services' primary web hosting components: EC2/S3/SQS/SimpleDB. Tested on Windows and Linux, CF 7 & 8.
For the first time, a SimpleDB CFC is being made available through this package. In addition, the included SQS CFC (http://sqscfc.riaforge.org/) has been updated to the latest 2008 version. Simply input your AWS idents and view all your services, machine images, start/stop/reboot EC2 instances, upload to S3, etc. At least one Amazon Machine Image (AMI) that you built and/or registered needs to be available to witness the EC2 stop/start/reboot functionality. The code could be easily modified to view all the public images and start one via ColdFusion. Release History --------------- 03/17/08 - v1.0 - Initial Release. 04/01/08 - V1.1 - The included S3 CFC has been updated to send files (aka, "objects") using POST intead of GET. GET requires binary files to be read into memory, which is never a good thing.
